I feel very fortunate to have worked with Kelsey Jones to sell my condo in a very saturated, buyers market. I live in a different province with the unit being tenant occupied, and the process went smoother than I could have ever imagined! Her communication was quick and constant throughout the process, and she worked very well with explaining everything to my tenant. Condo units were sitting on the market on average for 60-90 days and she had an offer within a week! As well as the new owners took possession with my current tenant in place and she facilitated the whole thing.
